Important Note for All Users
Before proceeding with the account deletion process, please ensure that you check for any remaining tokens in your account. If there are tokens available:
- Withdraw all tokens from your account to avoid losing them.
- Contact support if you face any issues during the withdrawal process.
Once all tokens have been withdrawn, you can proceed with the account deletion steps outlined below.
For Mess Owners
If you are a mess owner using the DMFU Mess App, follow these steps to delete your account:
- Ensure all tokens in your account have been withdrawn.
- Open the app and navigate to the Settings menu.
- Locate the Delete Account button and click on it.
- Fill in the required information and confirm the deletion by clicking Delete.
Once completed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted with in 7 working days.
For Customers
If you are a customer and wish to delete your account permanently, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Withdraw Tokens
Ensure that all tokens in your account have been withdrawn. If you encounter any issues, contact support for assistance.
Step 2: Send Us an Email
- Compose an email requesting account deletion.
- Use the registered email address linked to your DMFU account.
- Include the subject line: "DMFU: Account Deletion Request".
- Optionally, include feedback to help us improve our services.

Step 3: Confirmation
Once we receive your request:
- Our team will process it within 7 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
